Favorited channels do not sync across devices

Summary

I have a chat favorited on mobile web, but it is not favorited on desktop or desktop web.

Steps to reproduce

favorite a chat
check other devices
its not there :'(

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
