Reason: Fluxbug import repair: area tags from the build string

markdown [ **will not** _parse_ when `between` square-brackets] (discord does) (reported by pilkey)
to Markdown formatting does not render inside square brackets
Reason: The old title mixed test markdown and a credit note into the title. The new title says what the bug is.
Reason: Added a tag so the report is easier to find.
