Observed behaviour

There are multiple actions showing up with the same name twice

Reproduction steps

  1. Add a custom keybind
  2. Scroll through the list of keybind actions that can be set

Build information

canary build 627 (a1d8ae1), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Expected behaviour These actions should have a different name if one is backward and the other is forward, otherwise the same action should only show up once
