Observed behaviour
URL gets fully shown, but only highlighted up to the apostrophe. The non highlighted part is not clickable.
This might apply to any URL, but i haven't found another one with an apostrophe in it
Reproduction steps
- Send a GIF that contains an apostrophe in the URL
- Observe the message

Either URL gets fully highlighted or hidden completely like other GIFs
