Connection stats do not reflect accurately for received voice and video

Observed behaviour

Receive packets remain at zero regardless of vc activity

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a vc channel with another participant
  2. Open up the connection stats in the top right
  3. When both participants speak/share only the sent packet statistics are updating

Build information

canary build 624 (5f28601), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 10 10.0.19045 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US
