Observed behaviour

Tooltip is partially visible

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a call with someone screensharing
  2. Focus the screenshare
  3. Mouse hover over the live badge

Can reproduce CR, tooltip gets hidden behind titlebar on Windows 11 - canary build 624 (5f28601), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US
