Dragging a user with a higher role than you to another channel causes them to be disconnected

Observed behaviour

The user with the higher role is kicked from the vc

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a role with "Move members" permission and give it to an alt
  2. Join a vc on your main account
  3. With the alt, drag your main account to another vc

Expected behaviour The user with the higher role should not be draggable, or should fail when attempted to be dragged to another vc
