Mention Preference does not show up in sidebar

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Settings -> Privacy Dashboard

Expected behaviour Mention Preference shows up between Connections and Communication in sidebar

Can reproduce "Mention Preface" is a heading similar to "Communication" or "Connections" and should be added to the sidebar or shouldn't be in its own section. canary build 624 (5f28601), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US
