Observed behaviour
Nothing visually changes until left click is released
Reproduction steps
- Open the settings to any page that has a slider
- Move the slider by holding left click on its bar (not its circle) and moving the cursor

The clip help show what i mean by "clicking on the bar". The circle moves when i let go of left click.

Expected behaviour
The circle should snap to the cursor the moment the it moves while left click is held and it should indicate the current %, just like when the left click is started on the circle
