"Create Emoji & Stickers" permission doesn't give access to "Community Settings" button in server menu unless you have another permission that gives you the button

Observed behaviour

The button doesn't appear

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a new role with "Create Emoji & Stickers" permission and give it to an alt
  2. On the alt, try to access the community settings
