Community icon preview does not match actual community icon for text-based icons

The actual community icon does not match the preview. It instead truncates the name with ellipses. Either the preview or actual icon should change to match.

1. Make a community with a long name

This might be what was reported in #2440 but because the attached screenshot is gone it's hard to tell.

Expected behaviour The actual community icon should look the same as what is shown in the preview.
