Community icon at the bottom of the community column cannot be dragged by its lower half

Observed behaviour

The icon didn't move

Reproduction steps

  1. Move any community icon to the bottom of the column on the left
  2. Attempt to move it along the column by clicking on its lower half and dragging

Build information

canary build 605 (0f4cfbe), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Evidence

Attempting to move it from anywhere below where the cursor is on the screenshot will cause this bug. The top half of the community icon isn't affected.
