inconsistent tooltips for CTRL ALT UP

Observed behaviour

CTRL ALT UP everywhere except in a guild folder where it proceeds to say nothing

Reproduction steps

  1. hover over any guild not currently selected
  2. observe

canary build 603 (a687859), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Expected behaviour it should tooltip CTRL ALT UP or CTLR ALT DOWN depending on its relative position to the current selected guild

Can't reproduce CNR. I get both tool tips depending on server position. No tool tips for servers in folders seems to be a different bug. canary build 605 (0f4cfbe), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-GB

Can reproduce
