PTT isn't effective immedietly

Observed behaviour

It gets treated as voice activity. And if you set the keybind while already in VC with unmuted mic, it stays as voice activity until changed mute state or rejoin VC.

Reproduction steps

  1. Clear Keybind for Push To talk
  2. Enable Push to talk

Expected behaviour Push to talk to be enabled with no key assigned so effectively mute. And let the voice through only after setting a keybind and pressing it.
