Members list cannot be scrolled using middle mouse button when zoom level is not 100%

Observed behaviour

If app zoom level >100%, middle mouse button scrolls messages. If app zoom level <100%, no scrolling occurs.

Reproduction steps

  1. Change app zoom level to 80% or 125%
  2. Press middle mouse button (scroll wheel click) on the members list
  3. Attempt to move up or down.

Build information

canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 10 10.0.19045 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Can reproduce canary build 605 (0f4cfbe), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-GB
