Starting a direct call will cause any subsequent calls from that user to not start a ringtone

Observed behaviour

User 1 only gets a notification and its sound, exact same as the one for text messages. This persists until Fluxer is refreshed

Reproduction steps

  1. User 1 calls User 2
  2. Both hang up the call
  3. User 2 calls User 1
