Viewer joins/leaves stream sounds not playing in direct vc

Observed behaviour

No sound play when the other user starts/stops watching

Reproduction steps

  1. Get in a direct vc with another user
  2. Start a screenshare
  3. Have the other user start watching the screenshare
  4. Have the other user stop watching the screenshare

Expected behaviour The sounds for "Viewer joins stream" and "Viewer leaves stream" should play when the other user starts and stops watching respectively
