"Stop watching" button is missing from unfocused screenshares

Observed behaviour

"Stop watching" is missing entirely. This occurs in direct vc and community vc on both web and client

Reproduction steps

  1. Get in a vc with another user
  2. The other user starts screensharing
  3. Watch the screenshare
  4. Unfocus the screenshare such that you can see other people in the vc
  5. Right click the screenshare

Expected behaviour "Stop watching" should be at the top of the context menu like it is for when screenshare is focused
