Incoming call modal can be hidden behind the Title bar

Observed behaviour

Incoming call modal is now stuck partially behind the Title bar

Reproduction steps

  1. Receive a direct call
  2. Drag the "Incoming call" modal up to the Title bar

canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Can reproduce Confirmed. Modal gets stuck at the title bar and can't be moved anymore either. - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.121, locale en-GB
