Some modals can block title bar buttons

Observed behaviour

Inbox closes instead. I have listed more modals that cause this here: https://web.canary.fluxer.app/channels/1427764661718740994/1500261067032744005/1500830576479778034

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the inbox
  2. Try to click any of the 3 buttons on the Title bar

Expected behaviour Fluxer should minimize/maximize/close depending on which Title bar button is clicked

Can reproduce Confirmed, behaviour is exactly as described in report. - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.121, locale en-GB

Can reproduce CR, also noticed that it happens with settings modal - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.105, locale en-US
