Context menu includes "Start Voice Call" for a user i am already in a call with

Observed behaviour

"Start Voice Call" button is there. Clicking it prompts the confirmation about starting a call and clicking "Start Voice Call" on that popup does nothing.

Reproduction steps

  1. Start a direct vc with another user
  2. Right click the other user

Expected behaviour "Start Voice Call" shouldn't be there if a direct call with that user is already ongoing
