"Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" setting can hide URL-favorites

Observed behaviour

Clicking Favorites sends to Saved Media, making URL favorited GIFs inaccessible until "Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" is turned off again

Reproduction steps

  1. Toggle "Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" off
  2. Favorite any GIF
  3. Toggle "Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" on
  4. Open GIF favorites

canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Expected behaviour Have access to both URL favorited GIFs and Saved Media GIFs
