Clicking the Accessibility shortcut in the Sounds and Alerts section should go directly to the TTS section under Accessibility

Observed behaviour

It only brings you to the top of the Accessibility menu.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Settings and navigate to Sounds & Alerts > Text-to-speech
  2. Click the shortcut to Accessibility
