Removing words from your personal dictionary causes Hunspell to not detect a word as a spelling mistake (highlighted in red)

Observed behaviour

However, the removed word has not been detected by Hunspell as a spelling mistake and continue to treat the removed word as correct spelling.

Reproduction steps

  1. Change the spellcheck to Hunspell (from Automatic) for consistency.
  2. Add a word that is a spelling mistake/typo or not a word (i.e. words from another language that hasn't been included in the English dictionary).
  3. Remove the same word.
  4. Type the same word.
  5. You realise that the same word isn't detected by Hunspell despite you removed the same word.
