Show cursor setting has no effect while screen sharing

Observed behaviour

Does not show the cursor

Reproduction steps

  1. Start a VC
  2. Start screensharing
  3. Right click on your screenshare and go to "Video and Audio" settings and turn on "Show Cursor"

Build information

canary build 564 (ad137ad), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.8.0-111-generic (x64), desktop canary 0.0.118, locale en-US

Expected behaviour Shows the cursor in the screenshare

Can reproduce CR on Linux, works on MacOS - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.18.12-arm64 (arm64), desktop canary 0.0.121, locale en-US

Can reproduce CR: canary build 633 (af9fc11), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.131, locale en-GB

Can reproduce Not quite the same for me. Cursor shows regardless of the setting, so I suspect the setting just doesn't work currently on Linux. canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.19.14-200.fc43.x86_64 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.166, locale en-US
