Observed behaviour

switch to gifs tab in some situations

Reproduction steps

  1. open emoji picker with crtl + e
  2. select an emoji with the arrow keys
  3. press enter (now it switches to the gif picker)
  4. press ctrl + e again (without closeing the gif picker) to go back to the emoji picker
  5. now again select an emoji with the arrow keys
  6. press enter (now it sends the emoji)
