Stream audio context menu draws off screen and scrolling pushes the whole app up

Observed behaviour

Context menu gets drawn out of bounds and you can scroll down to push the whole app up.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join VC
  2. Start stream with Audio share enabled and set to none
  3. Open Stream context menu and Set it to Entire system Audio
  4. Scroll down on the context menu after it expands

Build information

canary build 562 (0e7f8cf), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.19.14-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.117, locale en-US
