No tray notification pop up alert for "current channel" when fluxer window is not focused/minimized

Observed behaviour

No tray notification alert pop up Notification sound from Settings > Sounds & Alerts > "Current Channel Message Notifications" (if enabled)

Reproduction steps

  1. Open channel_a and stay there
  2. Change focus to another window / minimize Fluxer / close Fluxer to tray
  3. Have someone or a bot ping you in channel_a
