Global Keybind fails on GNOME

(#2351) Bug Fixed desktop

Observed behaviour

It Fails silently on surface but logs in background. Related logs:

  accelerator: 'CommandOrControl+Shift+M',
  platform: 'linux',
  sessionType: 'wayland',
  waylandDisplay: 'wayland-0',
  currentDesktop: 'GNOME',
  isWayland: true
}
02:17:37.194 › [IpcHandlers] Global shortcut registration failed on Wayland. The XDG GlobalShortcuts portal must be available and the user must approve the binding dialog. Verify that xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-gnome (or your DE's equivalent) are installed and running, and that the binding dialog has not been dismissed. If shortcuts continue to fail check Settings → Keyboard → View and Customize Shortcuts in GNOME for conflicts.
