Observed behaviour
This window uses the native title bar.
Reproduction steps
- Go to Settings -> Advanced
- Disable Use Native Title Bar
- Restart Fluxer Canary
- Go to Settings -> Look and Feel -> Customize Theme
- Open Quick CSS Editor
- Notice the native title bar and menu options in the window
