Voice call pop-up starts dragging instead of resizing once it reaches max size

Observed behaviour

resize stops, pop-up follows mouse and it's not very good for ux

Reproduction steps

  1. resize vc pop-up
  2. get it to max size
  3. it stops resizing and starts to be draggable by mouse
  4. feels unintentional and weird

canary build 557 (8fef143), 2026-05-02 17:22:14 UTC, Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.113

Details

Expected behaviour either stop at max size and not be draggable by resize action, or make it go BRRRR to full-screen and BEYOND!

Can reproduce CR: canary build 559 (41bec26), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.113, locale en-GB
