Unnecessary link in gifs that are stored as url-only favorites when sent

Observed behaviour

The gif url has additional link in front of the gif url, causing the link to not embed when sent or needing to be edited if sent to textarea. ex: https://tenor.com/https://media1.tenor.com/m/CYv2fJ4t7NcAAAAd/fluxer-feel-that.gif

Reproduction steps

  1. Open GIF picker
  2. Open Favorites
  3. Select a gif
  4. gif URL will have https:tenor.com/ link in front of the URL
