When dragging channel categories when you don't have manage channels permissions, the collapse/uncollapse arrows disappear, typing indicator animation in the channel list also disappear

Observed behaviour

The arrows disappear and also causing the typing animation to stop appearing in the channel list

Reproduction steps

  1. Press and drag the channel category when you're missing manage channels, either sideways or up
  2. Observe how the arrows disappear but also typing indicators in the channel list

Build information

stable build 505 (5d0966a), 2026-04-29 20:25:18 UTC, Electron 39.2.7, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop stable 0.0.8

Expected behaviour The arrows shouldn't disappear, also it shouldn't kill the typing animation
