Opening a push notification doesn't switch the instance if the mobile app is fully closed

Observed behaviour

If the app is still in memory / still in the "recents" of the phone, the expected behaviour happens. If the app was fully closed (stopped or swiped away in the "recents"), tapping the app opens the app, but then doesn't switch to the instance the notification is coming from. Instead, the app opens to the last opened channel on the currently selected instance (as if it was opened normally, not through tapping the notification).

Reproduction steps

  1. Sign into two accounts on different instances in the mobile app
  2. Open a push notification from the account that is not the currently selected one, while the app is fully closed
