Doesn't let me choose #0000 discrim on self hosted instances

Observed behaviour

It does not let me do that. The message explicitly states that I'm only able to change discrims starting from #0001. Not sure if this happens with visionaries too.

Reproduction steps

  1. Log in on a self hosted instance where you're staff or allowed to change your discrim to #0000
  2. Try changing your discrim to #0000

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 5, Channel Beta, Build 554, Android 16 (arm64), Device realme RMX5108, Locale en-IN, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour It should have let me do that.

Can reproduce CR - Version 2026.09.100, Beta 6, Channel Beta, Build 80, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4
