Mobile screen share streams at 1 to 6 fps with unexpectedly high resolution

Observed behaviour

The call's video transmission is running at 1–6 fps, yet the quality is higher than usual—reaching up to 4K—and it adjusts automatically depending on the app or game being used.

Reproduction steps

  1. join the call via mobile
  2. start a broadcast on the call

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 5, Channel Beta, Build 554, Android 16 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 2511FPC34G, Locale pt-BR, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour The call's video stream would be at 720p and 30 fps.
