The OAuth URL that gets generated is wrong

Observed behaviour

Did not include "web." in front of "fluxer.app" leading to a 404 page.

Reproduction steps

  1. Make a bot
  2. Make an OAuth URL

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 5, Channel Beta, Build 554, Android 16 (arm64), Device realme RMX5108, Locale en-IN, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Can reproduce CR - Version 2026.09.100, Beta 6, Channel Beta, Build 80, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Can reproduce CR: Version 2026.09.100, Beta 6, Channel Beta, Build 2562, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Can no longer reproduce Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 591, Android 16 (arm64), Device realme RMX5108, Locale en-IN, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
