Page up and page down do not work on Android

Observed behaviour

The conversation does not scroll up or down at all. And a highlight ring shows up around the entire UI of the app.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to a conversation, a DM or a channel, either one works.
  2. Tap on the chat area to make sure the conversation area is focused and not the text input box.
  3. Using a physical keyboard, press page up or Down while focused on the conversation.

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 3, Channel Beta, Build 2530, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A166U, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour The conversation Should scroll up or down based on which key was pressed.
