HTTP 503 error when trying to download the installer

Summary

GET https://api.fluxer.app/dl/desktop/stable/win32/x64/latest/setup NS_ERROR_NET_ERROR_RESPONSE I'm trying to download the installer of the application from the home page GET https://api.fluxer.app/dl/desktop/stable/win32/x64/latest/setup, but it returns a 503 error without a response body and 503 NS_ERROR_NET_ERROR_RESPONSE. And besides, in the Russian Federation, the site is available only through VPN

Only AppImage for Linx Windows Installer and the macOS DMGs seem to work. I get the error for everything else

migration is completed, the problem persists (but now PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR)
