Nested slide-over overlay menus do not react directly to touch

Observed behaviour

Menu can be dismissed, but there is no visual feedback to your touch that the menu will be dismissed when touching and sliding downwards.

Reproduction steps

Open a text channel
Touch the title of the text channel to view more info
Touch the kebab (triple dot menu) to view more info about the text channel
Touch+hold+slide your finger up or down to attempt move the menu around like other menus.
