Scrolling up a channel of any kind with an readable text/code document will force you back down

Observed behaviour

it will force you down the channel, and it'll unload the document again, causing you to be sent back down to the beginning and the cycle repeating

Reproduction steps

someone or you uploads a text document that's readable with the client
as the channel begins to get a buncha messages it'll unload the file
once that happens, attempt to scroll up the channel
