Forwarding a message and tagging/mentioning a channel is opposite

Observed behaviour

You can only tag channels in the community the message is being forwarded from.

Reproduction steps

  1. Find a message and tap to forward it
  2. Pick a channel in a different community than the message is from
  3. Try to tag/mention a channel in the "Add a comment (optional)" textbox, but make sure it's a channel in the community the message is being forwarded to.

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 65, Channel Beta, Build 72, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.4, Dart 3.13.3

Expected behaviour You should be able to tag channels that exist in the community the message is being forwarded to, like desktop does.

Can reproduce CR; Version 1.0.0, Beta 65, Channel Beta, Build 2459, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.4, Dart 3.13.3
