Animation accessibility settings can not be enabled in-app

Summary

Under the accessibility settings for the program, selecting the options to "Always Animate" stickers, to automatically play GIFs, or to play animated emojis results in the toggle being immediately disabled again. The options are not enabling. Note that reduced motion is disabled within the program and is not set to be system dependent. Though manually enabling this system-wide had no effect either.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to general program settings
  2. Navigate to the "Accessibility" tab
  3. Scroll to the "Animation" category
  4. Attempt to enable animations for Emojis, GIFs, or Stickers
