Playing a voice message gets paused/cut off when attempting to reply to it

Observed behaviour

The voice playback cuts off or pauses immediately the moment a new text message is sent, forcing the user to press play again. (This report is different from reports #2080 and 1651 https://web.fluxer.app/channels/1519773906704011264/1500224291143868637/1550073725393580032 please follow the steps correctly before rejecting or set it as a duplicate)

Reproduction steps

Play a voice message (either your own or one sent by someone else) in the chat.
While the voice msg is actively playing type and send a text msg in the same channel.

Expected behaviour The voice message should continue playing smoothly in the background while the user sends a text message.
