Emojis stop animating after 2+ of the same animated emoji reactions

Observed behaviour

Only the first one you reacted with is animated. The others are stuck on the first frame. Reacting with multiple different animated emoji seems to be fine, but the second of each reaction in view freezes on the first frame. This sometimes appears in the app logs as well: 
[exception] | 3:59:21 746ms | image resource service: image failed to precache
Exception: Could not getPixels for frame 1

Reproduction steps

  1. Post 2 or more messages
  2. React to each message with the same animated emoji

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 65, Channel Beta, Build 2459, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.4, Dart 3.13.3

Expected behaviour All reactions should be animated.
