Favoriting GIFs adds a WEBM video copy to the GIF collection instead

Observed behaviour

The GIF is sent as a WEBM, so it has video controls and doesn't autoplay.

Reproduction steps

  1. Favorite a GIF on the Flutter client.
  2. Send the GIF from your favorites menu.

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 65, Channel Beta, Build 72, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone14,4, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.4, Dart 3.13.3

Expected behaviour The GIF sends in its original format and scale.
