Observed behaviour
When reopening the app directly inside a restricted channel, the UI incorrectly enables the message input box, allowing the user to type. Although sending ultimately fails with a "Failed to send message" error, the initial state misleads the user into thinking they can talk in a restricted channel.
Reproduction steps
- Go to a restricted channel where you do not have permission to send messages, e.g., an announcements or updates channel showing "You can't send messages in this channel".
- Close or force-quit the app entirely while remaining inside that restricted channel.
- Reopen the app. Notice that the chat input box appears active, allowing you to type a message as if permissions were granted.

Expected behaviour
Restricted channels should consistently enforce read-only status and keep the input bar disabled upon app startup or navigation, reflecting the user's actual permission state immediately without falsely appearing writeable.
