Observed behaviour
It only partially does this; the rounded borders surrounding most things disappear, but are left for some buttons inconsistently (note the voice message button). Additionally, the padding on the message itself is extremely skewed. It's not centered vertically, and the left padding seems to be only provided by the "+" button (as shown in the screenshot where I don't have permission to send media in a given channel).
Reproduction steps
- Be in a room where you have permission to send messages and media. (The extra permissions aren't fully necessary, but the more buttons are in the message bar, the clearer the inconsistencies are.)
- Bring the OS-native cursor onto the screen using a trackpad or mouse.

Expected behaviour
As the rest of the UI shifts its spacing to account for mouse usage, the message bar should adjust accordingly into something akin to the desktop view on the web app.
