[Tablet - Landscape view] File picker doesn't do anything

Observed behaviour

The message composer moves slightly, but nothing else happens.

Reproduction steps

Be in a room where you have permission to send files.
Press the "+" icon to send a file.

Expected behaviour The view scrolls down to the app's native media picker, or at least an OS-native file picker dialog pops up. (The latter might be more logical for the landscape view on a tablet, in my opinion.)
