Disconnecting a bot from VC does not work

Summary

When I was testing my rust lib, I realized after disconnecting the bot, music from it was still playing. Seeming like it hadnt been kicked

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a VC with permissions to disconnect users from VC
  2. Make a Bot join the VC
  3. Try to disconnect it

Environment (optional)

  • Commit/Tag (canary): Commit eef991c
  • Commit/Tag (refactor): Commit ff1d15f
  • OS: Gentoo Linux, Kernel: Linux 6.12.68-gentoo-dist
  • runtime: ?
  • browser/device: fluxer appimage

Logs or screenshots (optional)

no console logs. And I have no idea how the api is supposed to interact with VC but from the payload that gets sent when disconnecting the bot, it seems like theres no channel id specified. Also when trying to send a python request, it returns a 404 and says the bot is not in VC although it clearly is in VC {'code': 'USER_NOT_IN_VOICE', 'message': "This user isn't in voice."}
